ANTA Collegiate Scholarship 2026

Application is now OPEN!!

We are honored to present the ANTA Collegiate Scholarship 2026, a dedicated initiative to support promising students from Nepal’s Terai region who have appeared in the Secondary Education Examination (SEE). This scholarship represents more than just financial assistance; it is a beacon of hope, empowerment, and opportunity for talented youth facing economic challenges.

As we begin this impactful journey, approximately 50 students will be awarded the ANTA Collegiate Scholarship, and 5 students will receive the ‘Sushil & Manju Karna ANTA Collegiate Scholarship’, made possible through the generous support of sponsors such as Pankaj Karna and Dilip Karna.

We are also honored to have ANTA founder Mr. Lalit Jha sponsor 10 deserving students for the ANTA Collegiate Scholarship, further strengthening our shared commitment to empowering the next generation. Each selected student will receive a scholarship amount of at least NPR 10,000, aimed at easing the financial burden as they pursue further studies.

From the President’s Desk

Dear ANTA Family and Friends,

As we welcome 2026, I extend my warm greetings and sincere appreciation to the ANTA community. It is both an honor and a responsibility to serve an organization built on unity, cultural pride, and a shared commitment to preserving the rich heritage of the Terai while creating meaningful impact in our communities across the United States and Nepal.

The past year marked a significant period of growth and accomplishment for ANTA. We proudly launched the ANTA Collegiate Scholarship Program, supporting 51 deserving SEE students from the Terai region and investing in the future leaders of our community. Our commitment to unity and engagement continued through the ANTA Premier League, which brought together 20 teams in a celebration of sportsmanship and camaraderie.

Cultural preservation remained central to our mission. Through the ANTA Webinar Series, we explored Awadh, Mithila, and Bhojpuri heritage, fostering learning, dialogue, and pride across generations. In collaboration with the Bharatiya Hindu Temple in Ohio, our Chhath celebration once again brought hundreds of devotees together, reflecting the spiritual strength and cultural continuity of our community.
