ANTA has been trying to bring international attention about the raised legitimate voice of people from Madhesh for new controversial constitution, equality, freedom, justice and peace. We reached to United Nation and recently a delegation in US Congressman office in Washington, DC for Terai-Madhesh issues. ANTA, ‘Tharu Around the World”, and “Madhesh Media Alliance” had jointly organized a talk program on the topic “Challenges of Institu-tionalization of the Rights of Madheshi and Tharus in Nepal Constitution 2072: Role of Non-Resident Madheshi” in Kathmandu. An interaction program with Former CA Member, Mr. Atmaram Shah was organized in New York. ANTA also organized candle light vigil program in memory of Madhesh Martyrs at Times Square in New York City. ANTA-GNYC along with FIPNA and other organizations organized a program in protest of new constitution of Nepal and drew the attention of the world community on the killings of innocent Madheshis and Tharus by Nepal's Government.
